Who we are
URBAN YOUTH is a new youth work charity where young people are not simply recipients of services.
They are participants. They are contributors. They are leaders. And they have a voice.
We want to create a youth organisation that is energetic, welcoming, ambitious, inclusive and genuinely connected to the communities it serves.
Urban Youth is a London-based youth work charity dedicated to bringing youth work to young people, widening horizons, and giving young people the space to discover who they are and who they can become.
Through pop-up interventions, experiences, opportunities and nurturing relationships with positive role models, we help young Londoners build confidence, skills, friendships and a sense of belonging. We stand beside them as they navigate life, offering guidance, care and community.

We want every young person we work with to know that they matter. We want to help them develop the confidence, skills, relationships and opportunities they need to move forward — and have a genuine voice in shaping the communities and organisations around them.
